When emotional circumstances make it difficult to communicate, what do we say? An opportunity to hear this experienced speaker explore the issues surrounding the communication needs of sick children and their families.

What would you do? A question often asked in child protection cases. An interactive debate using case studies which reflect the play specialist’s involvement.

Claire is an experienced paediatric nurse who has a unique insight into the life of a child who is perceived to be different and facing endless surgical interventions.

How to support children who due to a chronic illness or disability may be vulnerable to emotional and physical bullying.
